Along with the property sourcing side of the property market, Neil has his own building company that can carry out any major building requirements, renovations or refurbishments. He has personally completed several property development projects from simple conversions/house flips to multiple occupancy conversions – Neil has also successfully completed office, residential conversions and new build projects.
Neil’s comprehensive understanding of the planning process – from simple permitted development applications to previous notification submissions, change of use and full planning permission for single and multiple units – has been imperative in ensuring that processes are followed correctly and deadlines are met.
