Neil has his own building company that can carry out any major building requirements, renovations or refurbishments. He has personally completed several property development projects from simple conversions/house flips to multiple occupancy conversions – Neil has also successfully completed office, residential conversions and new build projects.
Neil’s comprehensive understanding of the planning process – from simple permitted development applications to previous notification submissions, change of use and full planning permission for single and multiple units – has been imperative in ensuring that processes are followed correctly, and deadlines are met.
